Is my taxi booking confirmed when I submit the form?+
No. The form sends an enquiry. Your journey is only booked when BCN Taxi City explicitly confirms availability and all arrangements.
What information should I provide for an airport pickup?+
Share your flight number, arrival date and time, terminal if known, passenger count, luggage and exact destination. The team will discuss any meeting point.
Can I request a return transfer?+
Yes. Choose Return Journey in the booking form and provide your return travel date and time. Availability for each journey must be confirmed.
Can I travel with extra luggage or child seats?+
Include large cases, prams, child seats or other special requirements in the notes. Vehicle suitability and equipment must be confirmed before travel.
How do I find out the fare?+
Submit your route and travel details through WhatsApp or the online form. The business can then confirm the applicable fare and any conditions before you decide.
Do you provide transfers outside Barcelona?+
You can request information about routes beyond Barcelona, including well-known Catalonia destinations. Actual route coverage must be confirmed with the team.
Can I change or cancel my booking?+
Contact the business as soon as possible using your booking reference. Any applicable cancellation, alteration or refund conditions must be provided before a booking is confirmed.
What happens after I send a WhatsApp booking form?+
WhatsApp opens with a prefilled message containing your journey information. Press Send in WhatsApp; the business will review the enquiry and reply when possible.
